Despite the branch moving from my location before 2019, which made my commute 25 minutes one way, I chose to keep my accounts open. The staff at this branch consistently go above and beyond to ensure I receive the best solutions for my financial needs.
In particular, the branch manager, Kris An, has been remarkable. He is understanding, friendly, and committed to providing excellent customer service. On occasions when I had to wait longer for document preparation, Kris would invite me to lunch. In some instances, he was ready to travel to my location to accommodate my schedule. Also, he has even offered gifts to strengthen the bank's relationship with its customers. This level of flexibility and personal attention is rare in banking.
