I started to use this branch exclusively 3 years ago (due to a move) and they are CLEARLY there to help me meet my goals; now in my fully retired "golden" years! I know them and they know me. I am far from being "rich", but they help make me feel like a millionaire/respected.This is a GREAT branch with a team of employees I TRUST with my finances in my retirement years!β
βMy 84 year old dad was having trouble with his new debit card. Dina Joshi spent about an hour working with us to correct the problem. She even walked out to the ATM with me to watch me try to use dad's card so she could see the error message for herself. The employees at First Secure bank just bent over backward to help my dad. I am so glad he is banking there!β
βI have been a client of Hanmi Bank for many years, and my experience with the Naperville branch has been exceptional. Despite the branch moving from my location before 2019, which made my commute 25 minutes one way, I chose to keep my accounts open. The staff at this branch consistently go above and beyond to ensure I receive the best solutions for my financial needs.
In particular, the branch manager, Kris An, has been remarkable. He is understanding, friendly, and committed to providing excellent customer service. On occasions when I had to wait longer for document preparation, Kris would invite me to lunch. In some instances, he was ready to travel to my location to accommodate my schedule. Also, he has even offered gifts to strengthen the bank's relationship with its customers. This level of flexibility and personal attention is rare in banking.

βI had a great experience opening a checking account. An elderly gentleman named Nick Nour assisted me through the entire process, guiding me step by step. He clearly explained the benefits of the account and pointed out things to be cautious about. As a young person, I really appreciated the financial planning advice he shared for the future.
I later returned to open a credit card, and once again, Mr. Nick was there to help. As always, he emphasized the importance of saving and planning ahead financially.β

βIn Naperville location, the Best person to talk to is Dan the Man. In so many places the manager sets the tone of the place and get people to come back for more and that man is Dan. Dan is very humble, polite and understanding. The other person I had pleasure to talk to is Lisa. Lisa is so polite & professional that I had saved her extension so, I could just speak to her directly. Keep up the amazing work you guys do in Naperville location.β

I have started doing business with this branch just because Mrs Raluca is here. She has been managing my wifeβs and my personal and business accounts for more than one and a half years now, and she goes above and beyond to meet our expectations from a Citi bank branch. Like the other staff, she welcomes people with a beaming smile, never misses a welcome greeting, asks how they are doing, completes their business, asks what else they need, and sees them off with the same huge smile. Combined with the citiβs upscale banking, this is beyond I can ask for. I do suggest everyone to experience the top notch service here. Thank you Mrs Raluca, and thank you all the other staff.β
