“I had been a customer for the last 10 years with two separate car loans. Both paid in full without any missed payments and always on time. They require a saving account in order to process a car loan. Just found out the savings account is now -15$ since they have been charging me
10$ non use fee and then 10$ since my account went below 100$ . That being said, it is really bad business to charge for an account they require. Called and they said my statements should have reflected the charges, but I never received any. I was going to apply for another car loan but not sure I want to do business with a company like this . Very disappointing from a loyal healthcare worker .
