“I cannot recommend Costello's in Glen Ellyn enough! My stroller completely bent a silver engraved plate that wasn't mine like a taco. I was completely stumped on what to possibly do to fix it and was so nervous to tell the group it belonged to that I had ruined it. I brought it in to Costello and they accepted the challenge. They completely fixed it and now you would never know anything happened to it. Not only did they fix it, but the service and communication was great! “Just Want to thank Mario, Dave and the young lady who helped my father and I buy some 1 oz silver eagles. The young lady recognized our last name and knew that my grandmother used AAA exclusively. I informed her that she passed away last November at 91 years old. She gave her condolences. We left the store and were about to drive off when we were approached by another partner/owner (I'm so bad remembering names sorry) He also gave his condolences and had some very nice things to say about my grandmother. He did not try to pressure me into buying some ring I did not want - which was unlike the other stores. He was extremely price competitive as well. I could not recommend Paul more for anyone looking to make a significant jewelry purchase such as engagement ring. His first concern was to provide the perfect ring for myself and my fiancé, everything else came second.”
