And it doesn’t stop once you’ve gotten your ring! I spilled super glue on my ring and called distraught because I thought my ring could never be cleaned! It was completely submerged in glue. They were so kind and reassuring to me, and then worked a miracle and got it back to me like new two weeks later.”

“I was just in and happened to wander to the back and saw this huge pendant necklace that I had never seen before with a matte looking blue stone. I asked if I could try it, and associate Abby came over and helped me. she explained it was from the color bar which allows you to make custom pieces using almost all of Kendra’s best sellers. She showed me all of the stones available and you could tell she really loves her job and helping people find their favorite piece! She did not rush me in anyway, even though the store was somewhat busy on a Saturday morning, and I ended up picking a brown/rosy mother of pearl and she set it in my custom necklace, wrapped it up and checked me out. I really had such an amazing experience with Abby and will be back and will make sure to ask for her by name! 5 stars all the way! Thank you all at this store so much again, also the manager was very friendly but I did not get her name she has ivory skin and dark brown hair, so if she is reading this thank yoi, as well! This store is just top notch!

Just wanted to add an update: June 2026, I was in today to look at a necklace. I was greeted by McKenna, I told her I did a store pick up at another store in Florida and ended up in the hospital and they wont not hold it for me an extra day while I was waiting for discharge. McKenna was so understanding and apologized for the other store, saying that they want to go above and beyond for customers and I really felt like she did today! She helped me pick out the necklace again and took her time with me and I felt taken care of. This store is beyond the best one I have ever visited ❤ and I will go out of my way to make sure I shop with them! Highly recommended. These are people who love their jobs and their customers and want you to look how you look with a new piece!”

“Absolutely FABULOUS store - a true GEM in downtown Naperville. Ginger and her staff are just FANTASTIC - SO helpful and knowledgeable; the kind of attentive customer service you simply don't find anymore. My wife and I spent an hour plus there today, and Ginger came up with SO many great suggestions for outfits - things my wife tried on that she never would have, that ended up looking INCREDIBLE. And the prices are GREAT! Truly unique stuff as well - not the generic and boring mass-produced stuff you'll find at the bigger national-chain boutiques in town. “As I was walking in, 2 ladies were walking out and saying "I've NEVER been disappointed in this store", AND I COULDN'T AGREE MORE! I usually buy a little something in here to treat myself to. Their prices are usually a bit on the higher side, but it's a boutique. I walked out today with a candle, a card and a piece of super sale Christmas decor. It's a toss-up if I get greeted or not. But I feel like I always end up talking to someone that works there, so it's not that they aren't polite! I love the small business vibes especially after Naperville is being overtaken with big box stores.”
