Jimmy, the Print guy is amazing. It was the best service I have received. I feel like they have finally redeeming themselves from a couple issues. I had in the past with their service. I have removed the other review. Just because I feel that they definitely deserve another opportunity especially when they have staff that provides the type of service that Jimmy did.

“We had Navis deliver a near 500lb incubator to my laboratory in Downers Grove. They were extremely professional in all matters of communication before and during the delivery. These guys handled a difficult job very well, went above and beyond for our company, and managed to do it all without a single scratch on the incubator, walls, floors, etc. I would trust these guys to deliver ANYTHING.”
“First off, I'll preface my review with the fact that I hate to talk to people. I'd much rather use the self-serve kiosk/printers, etc than interact with humans. Well that mentality bit me in the behind when I tried to do a big color double- sided print job that also needed to be cut in half! I didn't notice until afterward that somehow the feeder had messed up and the printing was no longer aligned in the center on one side. After spending quite a bit on the self- serve copier, I was ready to cry!
Anum and Montay were so helpful when I was panicking about an upcoming event and getting the printing just right. They were both so professional and took over the printing and cutting. They had the job done in less than an hour. Although busy with many other customers on a busy Saturday, I felt valued. The morale of my story: trust the professionals to do it right!”

“Every shipper/Receiver that allows overnight parking will be getting 5stars from me.
If you are delivering the next day, you can check in at night with the guard and they will let you stay. There is designated parking and plenty of room.
During the night check in is on East side (you will actually see the sign East docks)

“I was recently tasked with obtaining quotes for a reusable crate to be used with a large piece of artwork. The dimensions were 125" x 78" x 7" and 425lbs. I contacted Craters and Freighters for a quote. They returned the quote very quickly and asked me questions I hadn't even thought to ask them or other vendors about my needs for this job. The initial visit with their team in our office put my mind at ease. When their crew came to our office and carefully removed the artwork they were friendly and efficient taking great care not to damage the wall or any furniture. Turnaround time for the job was very quick and the price were quoted was the price that we paid. Thank you for making me look good to my boss. So happy we found a reliable partner. My only request is that I would love to receive one of those pirate t-shirts your crew was wearing (see what I did there?). :)”

“We bought staples ergonomic chairs which helps with long sitting hours in my home office. The ergonomic mesh chair is really comfortable and helps with back and neck support. I would recommend this product. W e visited the store in Naperville and explored multiple chair options which were on display. My recommendation is always try the chairs before buying them and staples Naperville is a great place to try them out.”
