“Dr. Ness and Dr. Golan have been incredible with my pets. Earlier this year my rabbit had GI stasis, Dr. Golan was very quick to finding the right treatment plan and she was very attentive with my bun. I saw Dr. Ness for follow up exams and he was very communicative and friendly. His knowledge and experience speaks for itself. The staff treat your animals with respect which goes a long way. The doctors and nurses handled my rabbit with care every time. Usually my rabbit is frightened at the vet but I could see how comfortable she was at Dr. Ness’ office! Only downside is reception can be hit or miss, sometimes they are pleasant and friendly other times cold. I would recommend this hospital to anyone in the area looking for exotic animal care, I wish I found them sooner!”

“I cannot say how thankful I am to Dr. Bessette for caring for my Duncan last night! They were low on doctors and took him back right when we arrived. He had gotten into an entire bag of Kit Kats so I was worried. I didn't hear from them for an hour and 20 minutes and I was getting worried. But shortly after that, the doctor came out to tell me he was okay. She was apparently with him the whole time, inducing vomiting and helping my little guy out. Maybe this is a note to those who go there at a busy hour -- if their communication isn't that great, try not to worry -- they are probably just trying to take care of your little sweetie. Today Duncan seems back to himself, and I am so grateful!”
