The reps name was Blair. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Falsified my account. Set up charges he never spoke about. I have 1 line on my account for a bill of almost $400. Will never step into that store again. Use the corporate store on LaGrange in Orland. Much better experience

Carter was amazing! I came in wanting cheap earbuds because mine were broken. Carter not only took the time to review my account to decrease my plan, I left with brand new earbuds! I truly appreciate the amazing customer service!

Recently went to this location and was greeted by Kelsy. She was able to help me switch over my plan from another carrier and save me $$$. She was super knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. Made the right decision by coming to this location! She’s the best and I’ll be back to see her!

I needed to get another phone, and I was helped by Blair. They were very helpful and understanding of the situation. Not only did they help me with getting a new phone, but they also updated my plan and insurance resulting in cheaper monthly dues. I give great props to them! Thank you for being so helpful!

Customer service was ok. I’ve been having connectivity issues for the past several months. It took months to even find the issue. Their only resolution is for me to buy a new phone. I’ve also contacted customer service via a phone call and they were able to figure out the issue but again told me it could only be resolved in stores. I went back to the store explained what was told to me and only told they still can’t fix it. Not to mention the data breech where my information was taken. This is completely unacceptable, my phone barely works enough to leave this review.

I went to this location with my boyfriend on 4/6/24 we got there 10:15 and spent aprox. 4 hrs there! We were greeted by Rebecca the store manager and she is very knowledgeable but was having issues focusing on us" the customer". She was very unprofessional as she was concerned about the music she had been playing off her playlist on her phone and her drink order from Panera. There was a trainee that was more professional then the actual Manager. Then about 11:30 the other male employee came in late. She called him stupid and made it clear that that is her store then called him stupid in front of us? He seemed to be just as knowledgeable. Myself and my boyfriend are in the customer service and Rebecca's behavior was un acceptable in my opinion. There was a text even sent to me from Rebecca with my two questions. she didn't reply so then we came back this past weekend 4/13/24 and Rebecca was assisting another customer which is good and all but NOT to acknowledge us as we entered the store . We saw she was busy and understand we had to wait our turn since I know what it's like when you are alone as she was but when she walked past us twice and still have not acknowledge both of us that is unacceptable. We got frustrated with the service. She saw us leaving the store and STILL didn't acknowledge us. We decided to go to another store after 15 minutes. We then went to your sister store down the road. Douglas was so professional and he answered my 2 simple questions and we were in and out in no time. that is great service! I don't want to get anyone in trouble but Rebecca needs some training on how to act in front of customers. We will NEVER go to that store again and it make AT&T look bad when they don't have proper staffing. I'm sorry to have to write a bad review but someone needs to know what is going on in your shops.

I recently upgraded my iPhone. It was handled by Becky. I had lost a cc and needed to upgrade my account. Again it was handled by Becky. Both times she did an excellent job. She is professional, helpful and willing to make sure everything was completed and to our satisfaction. You’re lucky to have someone like representing att and your store.

Just left the AT&T store on 159th St in Lockport,IL. I walked out after waiting for 45 minutes and I was the next one to be helped when I walked in. The mananger said she had no idea how much longer it would be as she was working on an "escalation", I guess my issue didn't matter because she could not multi task as I heard her say several times "no one was getting back to her chat". It is a Saturday afternoon and the store had one person scheduled. 3 other people behind me walked out before I did. Then I asked who could I escalate too and they said they were not allowed to give out information and referred me to the internet to Google the ownership group Prime. Simply ridiculous!!!

Unfriendly, unprofessional. Retail store does not ever have employees who are experienced enough to communicate about their company and products. Just go to another location if you need AT & T. I've been an AT & T for over 20 years. This location isn't worth your time.Update since reply from AT & T:Thank you for your reply. This post is for regular people, in an effort to save them time & frustration. I have reached out to AT & T regarding my experiences recently and in the past.

Would rather be a zero star review. Went into the store to pay off a phone lease and then start a new one. Simple enough process done it a few times as phones broke or got stolen. Instead the employee adds a whole line to the account and runs the bill up and now im being told there is nothing they can do the emplyee punched the transaction in wrong. I called today to conplain to the store about said employee only to find out its the Store manager Rebecca G that assisted us and now jacked our phone bill up almost double. Never use this location they will do nothing but take advantage of you as a customer
