“I stopped in today to get new headlights. Kayden helped me and provided the absolutely best experience I could have had. He helped in install my headlights, which sounds easy, but requires the bumper of my car to be taken off. He did it all with a positive attitude. I'm a regular person and usually dread having to get anything done on my car, but this was the best service I've ever gotten anywhere.
I should also mention he was multi-tasking and helping other customers while helping me. There should be a very bright future for him at any company and O'Reilly is lucky to have him on their team. Rarely these days do you get customer service like that. Customer for life.”

“Chavez Auto Repair replaced the engine in my Telluride after I found out warranty wasn't going to cover it. Their service and communication were top notch through the entire process. A few days after the install, my car was acting funny. As soon we called them they came and picked up my car free of charge, repaired what needed to be repaired, and delivered my car right back to my house.
