    LOVE, LOVE, LOVE these classes! Geri makes for an amazing workout every time. You never get bored as every class is different. It definitely has begun to build my confidence and motivate me to keep going. Classes are the perfect size - you will definitely sweat and feel reenergized afterwards. 5 Stars for sure!!

    I celebrated my birthday with friends here. The studio was wonderful. Geri's class was relaxing and enjoyed by all.

    The Sound Bath/Flow today was out of this world!!! Geri and Margaret are an amazing power duo of yogis! The communication is fantastic, the guidance is wonderful, and the overall vibe was magical!! I strongly recommend taking classes here at YinYang Yoga Fit! ??☯️
