“called for a gravel delivery, paid over the phone & they answered all questions, even helping calculate the cubic feet needed for my specific needs.
delivered the next day promptly, calling 30 minutes before arrival to verify time. thanks!”
“Bella Fiori Flower Shop made a beautiful funeral floral arrangement for me within my budget and delivered it on time to an Orland Park funeral home. Delynn was very easy to work with and provided me with a unique arrangement that was perfect for the funeral. Thank you for the detail and care that you provided at this stressful time.”
“Mike From outside lawn and garden and one of the cashiers we were at her three times today and they were most most helpful people I ever known I believe her name is Adrian Adrian”
“The entire process was excellent. From selecting the carpet and the installation, everything was great. Customer service in the Homer Glen store and the installer Hector were notable. I would recommend this service to everyone!”
“Since this store first opened they have come around full circle. Every project we have hired them to do for us has been spotless. There was a little miscommunication with the luxury flooring as far as them having it sitting when it was suppose to be delivered but that was all worked out and they got us moved up with their installers. We had GS Flooring which is their sub contractor for flooring they use. We had our bathrooms done years ago and now finally got the rest of our first floor completed and it absolutely looks fabulous!! The crew with GS Flooring was so fantastic!! Cannot honestly say enough about them! The guys worked hard and were completely done in 2 days with no messing around. We got the Lifesource Flooring which is Home Depot's exclusive brand. Looks fabulous! I'll post some after pics after everything is all cleaned up and back in place.”
“Great selection of trees! The staff were very kind and helpful in showing us around, and they helped us load up the tree on our way out. Could tell that these folks genuinely enjoy working with plants and know what they’re doing.
Also, found it to be a better value compared to some other nurseries in the area for the tree we were looking for.”
“Aaron the store manager is amazing!
He helped us and explained everything thoroughly. We are very happy with our experience at the joliet home depot!
I definitely recommend this store!
Thank you Aaron!

“You can find most everything you want. Garden prices I noticeably higher than the other local stores tho. But the selection is better.
I usually always find someone if I need assistance as well”
“If you have a plumbing problem ask for Jeff. Had a simple problem (loose shower handle) but had trouble replacing it because it was off-brand and I am new to the house. Jeff guessed a replacement handle that would work, and if it didn't work, explained the bigger project of replacing the whole shower assembly. If I needed to go back I would definitely ask for him again.”

“I've never been here before today because my mom used to run the JJC greenhouse for 45 years. she retired in 2022 and is finally getting to her garden this summer. So we stopped in and it exceeded our expectations! Everything was beautiful and tended to. They had a large variety of veggies and plants and their prices were very reasonable. We will definitely be returning!”
