“I love the winter arrangements here, they are so pretty! They have tons of garden supplies and an indoor shop of decorations. If you sign up for their email list, you can hear about the classes they offer. This includes gardening classes, winter arrangements, fall wreaths, etc. I took the fall succulent wreath class. It was so fun, resourceful, and creative!”

“We bought a very nice tree from Magical Gardens. Our landscaper bailed on us and Magical Gardens stored and took care of our tree for over a month until we found a new landscaper. Also, when we bought our tree, we were interested in lemon grass. They gave us some lemon grass for free. Definitely recommend!”

“Since this store first opened they have come around full circle. Every project we have hired them to do for us has been spotless. There was a little miscommunication with the luxury flooring as far as them having it sitting when it was suppose to be delivered but that was all worked out and they got us moved up with their installers. We had GS Flooring which is their sub contractor for flooring they use. We had our bathrooms done years ago and now finally got the rest of our first floor completed and it absolutely looks fabulous!! The crew with GS Flooring was so fantastic!! Cannot honestly say enough about them! The guys worked hard and were completely done in 2 days with no messing around. We got the Lifesource Flooring which is Home Depot's exclusive brand. Looks fabulous! I'll post some after pics after everything is all cleaned up and back in place.”

“We just moved to Oswego and have been in this Home Depot several times already. Every time that we go people are exceptionally friendly. If I ask where something is, most of the time they walk me right to where the item is. The store is clean and the staff is friendly. I will continue to frequent this store.”
“I went to Home Depot today looking for some paint and the man at the paint station (I think his name was Jeff) was SO helpful!!! He realized I didn't really know what I was doing or what products I needed, and he took the time to explain the process, recommend certain paint techniques, helped me select which products to buy, and answered all my questions. I've never had such incredible service at a store like this before. He was so focused on helping his customers that I didn't get a chance to properly thank him before he was off to help someone else. Please give Jeff a raise because whatever you are paying him is not enough! :) Even the lady who checked me out was friendly and greeted me with a smile. 10/10 experience shopping at this store, I will definitely be back if I have any other home improvement needs!”

“We had some issues with an online order recently (wrong items sent etc) and weren't getting much help from the online customer service representatives that we called at first. Both referred us to the store for the order issues. Manager Liz called and took care of both issues very quickly and was patient and personable the entire time. she also provided some tips and recommendations for future purchases. I will definitely try and do all my purchases in store from now on. Customer service was excellent. We appreciated her friendly help during this busy holiday season!”

The plants are watered and the pots are either full with buds or flowers.The staff here are very nice and friendly. They ask if we need any help looking for a particular succulent. “Excellent service! My 82 year old mother ordered a washer and dryer, the install guys couldn’t get the old one out of the townhouse room it was in. So my mom had to call a plumber. She paid for both the install and the plumber but Mike and Laura helped her and even paid for part of the plumber. This is a great way to keep customers. Thanks Home Depot for renewing my faith in corporations.”
