Great employees but the goofy metal shield is not needed..looks horrible and having someone stand there to push the button to let us in is is also unnecessary. Better use to be at the teller area.

I Made an appointment with customer care they made a appointment for me over the phone with the lockport branch with Taylor cantley and she helped me so well and it was fast and easy thanks much appreciated this branch is awesome
