“I can't say enough about Steven. I was in crisis mode, leaving the country in less than 48 hours, and I ripped out the usb-c power port on my Lenovo laptop.
I called on a Sunday, yet Steven answered and told me to come the next day. He told me that he could guarantee a fix if he ordered a new usb-c part for the computer. I didn't have time for that, so he took the machine apart and resoldered the port to the motherboard.
Everything worked right away and I also got some tips about generic power blocks vs proprietary blocks.
