Pamela took the time to resolve an issue with checks sent with wrong account number. She called the check company, explained everything to me and wrote everything down. Everything was resolved professionally and with a smile.

I brought my mom to credit union 1 in Lombard and Charon Curry assisted us. She was very professional and pleasant to speak with. Charon helped us open an account and set up mobile banking.
