Duly Health and Care, formerly DuPage Medical Group, is a large independent medical group with a focus on helping humans flourish. It has over 900 physicians and 150 locations. Patient experiences are generally positive regarding medical care. The doctors and physical therapists are described as amazing, gentle, efficient, friendly, and competent. They take plenty of time to listen to concerns, offer guidance, and discuss treatment options without making patients feel rushed. The treatment itself is considered effective. The locations are convenient with plenty of parking, and wait times are often not excessive due to good scheduling. However, some administrative and environmental aspects receive criticism. Making appointments online or getting prescriptions can be difficult and frustrating compared to the past. One receptionist is consistently noted as rude and unhelpful on phone calls. Furthermore, the waiting room environment can be irritating due to another patient playing loud, adult-themed videos on a phone, which staff does not address. Overall, while the clinical care is highly praised, there are noted issues with certain administrative processes and the management of the patient waiting area.

Only one word to describe the employee staff at Duly Health and Care. PHENOMENAL! There is, from what I have experienced over the past 3 years plus, no other health care services that can top them! 🙏
