Famous Footwear provides a mixed customer experience. While the Lombard store offers great customer service, the Wheaton store's manager was unhelpful and coughed on a customer. At the store, the staff can sometimes get in the way of customers browsing, though they are generally described as nice. The lack of seating to try on shoes is also noted as a downside.
