“Great gym. Top of the line powerlifting equipment that you cannot find in commercial gyms including sleds, power racks, and a host of others. Never crowded. No chicks filming their workouts for instagram. These other two idiotic reviews giving one star are unwarranted.”

“Great gym and friendly staff, my only complaint is the on-site vending machine. There has been multiple times were i try to buy something and it charges me but doesn't depence anything. Ive complained and tried to reach out the the vending machine owner but have never gotten anything back or refund. Would avoid at all cost.”

Perhaps a walking track is only thing left out when winter comes it will be missed

“I have been. A member for awhile over the years. Staff is wonderful. Equipment is awsome. Best part is the indoor track and they have an outdoor pool and a indoor heated pool. Familie oriented all ages lots of classes offered. Everyone who goes there is very friendly. Great place.”
