“One of the best gyms for the price in this area. It's nicely hidden as well so it's like having your own private gym. Two weight rooms and a cardio room with plenty of great equipment for every need.”

“What a great place to work out! I look forward to attending classes at this gym. And I’ve never felt that about a gym after a few months! It’s the class size, almost personalized coaching, the option to use the gym by yourself, all of which make it worth the membership here.”

“I have been coming to BBC westmont for a little over 2 months and I am IN LOVE! The trainers are incredibly personable and high energy. AND free child watch that my kids love going to… Worth every penny!!!!”
“Amazing place‼ Coaches are great and welcoming. I did the welcome week. Check it out. You won’t regret it. Coaches reached out thru text to check in on me as it’s been a few years since my last work out and I am super new. It was a great decision. Thx F45‼”
“This place is a sick old style gym.
Has lots of barbells, enough racks, maybe too much cardio. Only saw one deadlift zone and it seem tight for space. But it's still a great gym
Cheap daypass.”
“Eric is a great manager and he definitely keeps everything on point! Sign up is so easy and gym is kept in mint condition! And if you feel scared that it's hard to cancel membership like other gyms do, Eric made sure that canceling is as easy as one text message! Hands down best experience!”
“The community at CFR is one of the best parts - everyone is supportive, motivating, and genuinely happy to see each other succeed . It creates an environment where you actually look forward to showing up and putting in the work. The coaches made me feel welcome and took the time to ensure I understood the proper form and technique. Their knowledge and encouragement helped boost my confidence, whether I was a beginner or pushing for my new personal record. If you are looking for a place that combines expert coaching, a welcoming atmosphere, and effective workouts, CrossFit Roselle is an excellent choice.”

“How does it start? With an email or a phone call. How does it end?Don’t know. Still going here six months later.Ian and Emily are AMAZING people. That’s easy enough to say, but let me back it up.I took the leap and sent an email to them that I had never really lifted weights. I mostly did cardio exercises. Ian responded promptly and set up a phone call to discuss what goes on at their gym. The first personal training session was free so I tried it.You know that thing that you eat that you can’t put down once you try some. That’s what this was like except way more expensive. It makes you stop and think, but ultimately the question you have to ask yourself is what would you pay to be HEALTHY and HAPPY each week?Ian works with you to create a workout plan that FITS WHAT YOU WANT including workouts for days when you’re at home or your regular gym. He’s there to give you ADVICE on nutrition and eating/drinking right for your goals. It’s up to you on what you decide to do and he doesn’t care whether you take his advice or not. He’s the same regardless. Scheduling is flexible and is done personally via texts. That’s right, you have contact with Ian even when you’re not working out with him and you have normal conversations. HE'S INVESTING HIS TIME IN MAKING YOU A BETTER PERSON.From a workout perspective, there are a variety of workouts that you end up doing and they will repeat. You’re there to get progressive gains over time and the only way to do that is to repeat the workouts on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. When you hit a plateau, he’ll change it up and you’ll do different workouts for a little while. At the end of each session is a random 5 minute variety of exercises that are more intense than the rest of the workout. “The Finisher” as Ian calls them. That said, I’ve never left a workout overly sore to the point where I can’t function the next day. As you do more and more workouts and they repeat, you might ask yourself “Why do I still need to come here?” “Couldn’t I do this myself now?”IT'S NOT JUST A WORKOUT. It’s life, and that’s one of the best parts is the conversations with Ian about anything and everything. Ian has been one of the most influential people in my life. This comes from discussions about future life goals, careers, philosophical questions, book recommendations, etc. The monumental change he’s made in my life from a mental perspective is something he probably doesn’t realize and something I don't know that I can ever overstate. I don’t know that everyone can expect that, but I do know that you can expect the workout you have at i.e. Fitness to be one of the highlights of your week. As I mentioned before he’s invested his time in making you a better person and he will push you to be better. He will give you that motivation to try harder when you don’t want to or think that you can’t do something. He will push you to your limits, but not push you over them.I know what you're thinking. What about Emily? While I've never worked out with her, I've been lucky enough to be at the gym when she's working out with someone or just stopping by the gym. She's a nice person who brings an energetic atmosphere to the gym with a bubbly personality albeit terrible taste in music :). It is thanks to her I have never been more nervous to lose to a six year old kid and I'm pretty sure she's the reason Ian is so great. If you've gotten this far, my RECOMMENDATION to you is to TAKE THAT FIRST FREE SESSION and then decide for yourself what you think is the best thing for you in your life.Have an amazing day!”
“Great workouts! I love how you can track your progress on benchmarks. I also love how you can see how many calories you’re burning and splat points you’ve earned during the class. Staff and instructors are great. 2G classes are my favorite.”

“Felt great to be back!
I was a member for a few years just before covid.
But, have since bought my own treadmill and workout at home a lot. Felt like I needed a more intense and structured workout with various strength exercises thrown in. So glad I went this morning!
I think I will stick with the occasional drop-in class for now.”

“Decided to come back to this gym after the new renovations! My only feedback is I wish they had more options for cable pulley systems with the lat put down and cable row combo like most anytime fitnesses have. They have one option but it’s crammed into a corner and hard to share with others who need it. Otherwise, the gym is great!!”

“What a blast! Was referred by my taekwondo master. The trainers make the class so much fun, great personal attention for technique & form, great music…very clean, and a wonderful atmosphere! Love it, so thankful to the team of instructors - if you’re thinking about fitness give it a try- cozier than a large gym and each class is varied, full body workouts. Thanks ENRG!!! B”
“I have been. A member for awhile over the years. Staff is wonderful. Equipment is awsome. Best part is the indoor track and they have an outdoor pool and a indoor heated pool. Familie oriented all ages lots of classes offered. Everyone who goes there is very friendly. Great place.”

“I can honestly say joining this gym has been one of the best life decisions I’ve ever made.
What started as just a place to train quickly turned into something so much more, a true family. From day one, I felt supported, encouraged, and welcomed exactly as I was. Whether it’s hitting a PR or having an off day, there is always someone there lifting you up (literally and figuratively).
Since joining, I’ve lost over 30 pounds, but more importantly, I’ve gained confidence, strength, and a completely different mindset. This gym didn’t just change my body, it changed my life.
One of the most special parts for me as a mom is that my kids are always welcome. There is space for them, people who include them, and a community that makes them feel like they belong too. That alone means everything.
The coaches and members genuinely care. They show up for you, push you, celebrate you, and remind you what you’re capable of…even when you forget.
If you’re looking for more than just a gym…if you want a place where you’ll grow, be supported, and feel like you truly belong, this is it.
Forever grateful to be a part of this community. ❤”
“F45, in Elmhurst, is an absolutely amazing place to start or continue your whole body, mind and spirit health routine. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable and make sure your training is specific to you, meeting you where you are and challenging you from there. The supportive climate and culture of this community motivates and inspires! You never feel alone in this group style fitness as we operate as a team, beyond the 45 minutes in the gym! Highly recommend!”

“I've been consistent for about 6 months and noticed improvements to my strength as well as my self-confidence. Welcoming group with a variety of athletic ability and age. Whether you're beginner in your 40's, a college aged MMA fighter or 5 year old looking for boxing class; there's something for everyone!”
