“Great hotel with lots of amenities....pool, fitness room, hot tub. It is close to many restaurants and shopping. The hotel is easy to access because it is near a major expressway. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast was really good...made to order omelets/eggs and tons of other additions like French toast, sausage, potatoes, pastries, yogurt, bagels, and cereal. I would definitely stay here again!”

“The hotel front desk service is very professional really no complaints there. Beds are very comfortable the need to get new pillows they are worn out. The breakfast is another story they have the same terrible food all pork, and most people today don't even eat pork no more. They never make nothing turkey and the muffins would be something else you could eat but they aren't even real muffins they are hard as a brick. No banana nut, no blueberries muffins just hard as a brick brand what ever.....”

“This Sonesta facility is fantastic. When driving into the facility you see townhomes that arouse our excitement levels. viewing the room added more excitement because there's a bedroom upstairs inside the suite. It's a really impressive setup for a weekend getaway, short stay, or long stay. The parts that were a little disappointing are; the pool was closed and the exercise room only had an elliptical and treadmill. The had a full kitchen with cookware but one pan was more iny the rusty side. I suggested that we buy a pan to cook with and just take it home with us. out of all things considered the customer service at the front desk was outstanding and we were welcomed with open arms. 5 star servers provided.”

“I enjoyed my my time at the Extended Stay America. I was there because Frosty Faustings a video game tournament was being held at the Westin in Lombard not too far away. The room was comfortable and the people I did talk to were nice.There was a leak with some water dropping over by the window. I cleaned it up with a bath towel and didn't have any more issues with it. Also my room wasn't cleaned by house keeping at any point during my stay.I'm not sure what the cleaning schedule is but I thought my room would get cleaned at least once during my stay. Other than than those things I would definitely stay here again.”
“I stay here about once a month. Everything is always the same and as expected for Hyatt. I just wish there was a microwave in the room. Even red roof in has a microwave in the room.”
