This is an excellent gym. They have a complete line of free weights, machines, and cardio equipment. The gym is clean and the staff is great.

My favorite UFC gym. Train & Sparr here when im in town. Great Coaches and Gresr Equipment. Nothing feels better than sparring a few rounds in the Octagon!

Josh was friendly, professional, and super informative. I was only in the area for a short duration, still Josh was able to accommodate my training needs and I will definitely be back in the future!
