Recently, my sister tried to send shipment to Dubai, the Indian personal working told my sister to provide a postal code, when my sister told the person that for residential addresses there are no postal code and you can either use 0000 or 000000 she was declined the service. I will make sure I will take this matter to the corporate headquarters as well.

This store now charges you $2.60 to print a label. Amazon gave me no other options to return. This is robbery and a ridiculous policy

I don't usually have a bad time here. Recently, I needed a scan-to-e-mail. They asked how many pages, which was 37. I really only needed the ones with the signatures, which was 8, but I figured it would be fine. Turns out, it's $1.50 PER PAGE to scan/e-mail. I think I'll be purchasing a printer/scanner if I need to have more pages scanned. I've been to other UPS Stores, and I now know they're all independently owned and operated. They can choose their pricing. There is a store quite a drive further, but it's $2.50 total. I don't think they even have a limit. I needed these pages pretty promptly, though.
(Also, I am not sure if they keep the scanned files on their thumb-drive OR laptop! Be careful!)

This location is literally a block from my home and I will not be returning to it. This has been the second time I had the pleasure of interacting with a young man with brown puffy curly hair. He acts incredibly put out when he see customers, and he is beyond rude for absolutely no reason. CONSTANT EYE ROLLING! With a personality like that, he should absolutely 100% not be in customer service. I rarely leave reviews like This But it took everything and not to even say something Well, it was in the store.

The location is good, parking is a bit tricky as it's right next to the pizza place. So if you have a heavy box park up front and unload.
The process was quick once you get up there.

Don’t quite get the 1 star reviews maybe they just had 1 bad experience. I usually am able to get in and out pretty quickly. I’m happy they added a new “do it yourself” machine to speed up the long lines. My biggest complaint is actually my fellow customers who think they are the only ones who are in a rush and think they can just park right outside and put their flashers on and that’s just ok! Well it’s not !!! WE ALL HAVE OTHER THINGS TO DO TOO!!!
