I live in Wheaton, but always visit the Old Second location on Main St. in Lombard. Everyone there is always friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Janet Andrew’s is a very knowledgeable and pleasant person to deal with. I had issues with my great aunt’s account and estate and she was very helpful with get issues resolved My husband got 2 CD accounts with her she was very helpful. He said we could have moved money to another bank and got 1% more but Janet is so helpful pleasant and makes things so easy to do he said he was going to do this with her and this bank. Janet is a very good employee and is really pleasant to deal with
