“Best tire shop in Chicagoland bar none. Sure, you could save $20 and buy cheaper somewhere else. But why risk getting cheap tires from unskilled technicians who don’t know how to properly balance a tire and then use an impact wrench to tighten your lug nuts causing your alloy rims to be distorted? Where’s your $20 savings now? Seriously. I’ve had that happen. Don’t let it happen to you. Go to DuPage. Best tire shop around! Honest and knowledgeable experts.”

“A Tale of Two Shops – just one example of how great Nofsinger’s has been over the years, as Dave is always quick to consult or scan my cars even when busy, and has always been more than reasonable. Using technology many independent shops lack, Dave diagnosed my intermittent airbag light as a failing clock spring and then determined that Hyundai had a problem with the part so I might be able to get it repaired free at a dealership. No charge from Dave. Sure enough, I found a technical service bulletin and an extension of the warranty to 15 years. This should be the end of the story, but you can always count on dealers to make Nofsinger’s look good. I booked a service appointment at a dealership in Villa Park (also reviewed) and insisted that they have the part in stock by the time I came so I wouldn’t have to go twice. Short version: They didn’t have the part but didn’t tell me until I’d been there 2.5 hours waiting for an oil change I’d added and an open recall (underbody treatment) I’d agreed to only because I thought I was getting it all over with at once. On top of that, the service writer told me the job would cost $700 when the part came in. Gee, I wonder where dealers get their bad reputations? After I pushed back, he scurried off to a manager and then returned to confirm there would be no charge, but there was never anything close to an apology. I never went back. I got the part for $27 and installed it myself literally in 20 minutes. If I’d gone back to Nofsinger’s (where they’re always patient with my DIY endeavors), I guarantee it wouldn’t have cost $700. Or $200. They can do way more than you think, and if they can’t, they admit it.”

“As a female, trusting a car center’s opinion can be scary because of how frequently they rip you off. What I can say with full confidence is Drew and Wally at 3D complete car care are extremely trustworthy and offer extremely reasonable prices for the work they do. Since being recommended this car care center two years ago, I have committed to always returning back here because of how honestly they run the business and how well they do with taking care of my car. “This place is definitely the place to go. I have been taking my vehicle to the Lombard location and the customer service is amazing. They are honest and I have noticed that not only through my interactions with them but with others as well. I had taken my vehicle in thinking I needed new brakes but when I got there and they inspected my brakes they showed me that my breaks where good and still had a while until they needed to be changed out. When I take in my vehicle with any concerns I take it with confidence knowing I will get honest answers. So thank you guys! 10 out of 10 will send people your way.”

“Crash Champions Collision Repair offers lifetime warranty on repair, and they keep their promise. The passenger side two doors of my SUV was scratched by hit-and-run in a parking lot in early 2018. I repaired the passenger side two doors and rear trims in Service King Lombard, Service King is the previous name of Crash Champions Collision Repair. Service King gave me a lifetime repair warranty on the condition that I am still the owner of the SUV. Eight years passed, I found that there was a long paint cracking in the passenger side rear door in March 2026. I contacted the manager of Crash Champions Collision Repair Lombard Roosevelt (Luis), and showed him the coating cracking. He examined it and found that the trim nearby rear tire was rusty. He told me that rust is also included in the lifetime warranty, and he would prepare internal documentation and get approval of the lifetime warranty repair. He also mentioned that they were super busy at that time because lot of cars were hit by hail. He let me contact him later. Two months later, I contacted Luis again. He arranged to drop my SUV off next Monday (May 9). Two weeks later, they repaired my SUV passenger side doors and the trim nearby the rear tire. The new coating makes my car like new car. I appreciate the work of Luis and his team. I am glad that Crash Champions Collision Repair keeps their promise after eight years.”
