“Crash Champions Collision Repair offers lifetime warranty on repair, and they keep their promise.
The passenger side two doors of my SUV was scratched by hit-and-run in a parking lot in early 2018. I repaired the passenger side two doors and rear trims in Service King Lombard, Service King is the previous name of Crash Champions Collision Repair. Service King gave me a lifetime repair warranty on the condition that I am still the owner of the SUV. Eight years passed, I found that there was a long paint cracking in the passenger side rear door in March 2026. I contacted the manager of Crash Champions Collision Repair Lombard Roosevelt (Luis), and showed him the coating cracking. He examined it and found that the trim nearby rear tire was rusty. He told me that rust is also included in the lifetime warranty, and he would prepare internal documentation and get approval of the lifetime warranty repair. He also mentioned that they were super busy at that time because lot of cars were hit by hail. He let me contact him later. Two months later, I contacted Luis again. He arranged to drop my SUV off next Monday (May 9). Two weeks later, they repaired my SUV passenger side doors and the trim nearby the rear tire. The new coating makes my car like new car. I appreciate the work of Luis and his team. I am glad that Crash Champions Collision Repair keeps their promise after eight years.”
