I am disabled so sometimes something like a flat when I have just come from the ER or a doctors appointment can feel extra stressful, but Stacy was able to calm me down and put a smile on my face today through everything.

“I recently used roadside assistance with a rental vehicle while we were out of state. While the repair was done in a satisfactory manner, I never received a receipt from the company that performed the service. After a few weeks had passed, I contacted the phone number on my insurance card for roadside assistance asking when I would be reimbursed. I was told I needed a receipt from the company that did the repair. This turned out to be quite an ordeal and after a handful of futile phone calls, I reached out to Carla's office and explained the situation to Brenda. Thanks to her, the matter was resolved in a very efficient manner. Next time, I will reach out to her ASAP and save myself from the aggravation.”
