“For the 3 months I was there I truly have no complaints. My nurses Leah and Ron were very professional and very compassionate. My CNA’s (certified nursing assistants), Victor, Esmeralda, Cecelia, Angelina, and Rose were outstanding people and showed genuine compassion for their patients. Ceilo-the activities person obviously loves her job (been there over 12 years), calls great bingo and a fun blackjack dealer ALSO helps the CNA’s deliver hot breakfasts in the mornings, knows every patient name AND room numbers is also a great person. Aurila- the lady that cleans my room daily not only does a great job but truly works at getting to know her patients and is very caring. The physical therapists of Maria and Karla led by Samantha helped to change my life for the better and can never thank them enough. The kitchen staff led by Ben provided 3 full meals a day and alternated the selection of soups twice a month. Additionally if you didn’t want something on the menu, there were nine alternate choices. Gomez, one of the primary maintenance workers was extremely attentive to the needs of the patients. All of this happened out of what I truly believe was a GENUINE love for their jobs. Every month there is a resident council meeting that gives everyone that attends opportunities to voice their concerns and follow-up occurs frequently. Maria and Melissa, the Director of Nursing and the Administrator should be very proud of their facility.
What I found consistent from those few patients that complained about the food was that they were fast asleep when the food was delivered and by the time they woke up it was cold! Also, there were alternatives for lunch and dinner where it was impossible to not find something that one could enjoy.
In conclusion, I would recommend my best friend or any loved one to this place HANDS DOWN. Thanks to everyone who helped make my stay a lot shorter than I ever thought possible.”

Husband was released from hospital late in the day and we are from out of town and he needed this prescription. “Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital is one of the best psychiatric hospitals in Illinois. The staff really do care about your well-being. I have come here when I’ve needed to be admitted inpatient or when I’ve needed to do a PHP/IOP program. I recently just graduated from the Adult PHP program on March 18th. Making the decision to want to get the help can be emotionally draining. The staff of ABBHH are kind, caring, loyal, honest, and they want to do everything they can to keep you safe.”

“I ***AAAALMOOOOST*** don't want to even review this pharmacy positively, and thought about leaving several different accounts' worth of scathing reviews, touching on every important issue to a pharmacy customer — JUST to drive other customers away from this one in the very selfish and personal interest of increasing odds that they will ALWAYS have the medications I need in stock and that I'd always be first in line to get them, etc. But it just wouldn't be fair to deprive the rest of the region, and anyone who wants or needs an incredible pharmacy team to take care of them and their family's pharm needs.Get this, too, okay — I hate Big Pharma, first of all. I've got theories about Big Brother having their nosy little hands in and on everything we consume and if there's a way to slip anything "extra" and covertly experimental into a medication and let it loose amongst the general population, I refuse to believe we don't unknowingly fall victim to this kind of thing. “This is our main store we shop at. Is it busy on the weekend, yes, but we avoid weekends and never have an issue with lines. There is never a shortage on food or products and if you need something there is always staff to help. It's a very clean store and clean bathrooms. The customer service has always been solid and professional. The membership is worth the price even for someone who doesn't regularly shop in bulk. The Costco return policy is one of the best in the shopping industry.”
