“The pharmacists that work here are always nice to me. They greet me by name. If they are busy, yes, there can be a wait, the pharmacy that does not have wait times doesn't exist. They let me know via text when my prescriptions are ready and always work with me to set up auto refills. I think the Osco Pharmacy on Plum Grove road I Palatine is great, and I would recommend it to anyone.”

“In the past few months, I've shopped at this Walgreens store many times, and every time I've been greeted by outstanding employee Bryce. He never fails to put a smile on my face, and he is an incredibly hard worker! During all the times that I've seen him, I never once saw him slack off. He is also a walking ball of sunshine as he brightens everyone's day. If you are ever feeling down, he will always know how to cheer you up. Bryce makes every Walgreens trip worth it. I cannot praise him enough, and I am actively looking forward to seeing him again when I come back here!”
