“Keefer's is great. I have a special compound that I have been prescribed and this is one of the few Pharmacies that can make as they are the only one that the special ingredient that is needed to make the compound. They were friendly when I first went to fill the script. Since then I have used their delivery service, as they are not that close to me. They say you will have at between a time frame and it is there.Keefer's is doing the job for me........I feel that I am not just another Rx number, but someone that they want to help.”

“Very direct and helpful when I needed medicine compounded. They were patient even though my doctor’s office was a nightmare about calling in the prescription. The woman (apologies if i’m misgendering) who I mainly spoke to was very kind and understanding regarding my food allergies, taking care to make sure my meds weren’t contaminated. She also put a mini spatula in there to make it easier for me to remove it out from the container, which I appreciate. Only took off 1 star due to not receiving a confirmation text that my meds were ready with the delivery ETA. If I hadn’t noticed the charge to my bank and called, I wouldn’t have known it was out for delivery/might have missed it. Then the delivery driver left it at our back door without calling or a signature (but seems like the delivery company is separate). Overall good experience and really appreciate the patience and kindness! Thank you!”

“I rarely go to this location but I walked in last Thursday at lunch to see if the had Covid boosters available. They did! It was pretty busy, so I truly feel for the pharmacy staff. They were so friendly and patient despite how busy they were. They managed to squeeze me in and the woman who was doing all the shots was SO NICE. I don't know how she was still that friendly, reassuring and professional. I would have been so frazzled. Also I barely felt anything, she was clearly great at her job.This is an unconventional review for me, I mostly focus on food. But I was very grateful for this positive experience in these trying times.Also I got a 20% off coupon! #winning! You have to stay in the store for 10 min after but they say you can shop if you want, I just browsed the books and found a sweet ride nearby. But I'll be back to Jewel for some groceries for sure!”

“I've been trying to avoid certain stores during Covid. But I needed to pick up some flowers and it was late in the day. It seemed this store was my only choice. It turned out to be a very good choice. First of all I was looking for a particular brand of potato chips. I wasn't able to find any on the shelf. An employee was coming down the aisle and I stopped and asked if she could help me. She said she normally doesn't do stocking but would try to assist me. She checked the end caps she looked out the shelf. I even heard her radio someone to see if there might be any in the back. Sadly no. But I was impressed with the effort she took to find me this product. I then went over by the flowers. I found two bunches of flowers that would make a large bouquet. An employee was behind the floral desk. I asked if she could help me put them together. She not only put the flowers together but wrapped them in paper with a ribbon. I was extremely impressed by the presentation. Check out wasn't the best. But the other two employees eagerness to help more than made up for it. If I'm in the area, this will be my go to Jewel.”

“I just wanna thank the guys in the tire center over there. My wife was alone in Illinois dealing with family matters and had a flat tire in these current frigid conditions ? and from the strangers that didn’t even speak English in a highland park Shell station that changed her flat tire to the spare and these guys at Sam’s club that worked her in on a Friday at 3 o’clock and took care of her tire. Because the tires were purchased at Sam’s Club in Michigan we had a $20 charge and we had a new tire they even mounted the spare back up underneath and sent her on her way. That’s what I call great service.Thanks guys I appreciate it and thank you ALL for what you did.”

“Alexian Brothers Behavioral Health Hospital is one of the best psychiatric hospitals in Illinois. The staff really do care about your well-being. I have come here when I’ve needed to be admitted inpatient or when I’ve needed to do a PHP/IOP program. I recently just graduated from the Adult PHP program on March 18th. Making the decision to want to get the help can be emotionally draining. The staff of ABBHH are kind, caring, loyal, honest, and they want to do everything they can to keep you safe.”

“It's weird to review a grocery store. The chain stores are all the same, right? Nope. I have probably been to 3 or 4 different Mariano stores. This one is by far the best! Whole Foods is one thing, you expect each location to have a unique touch. Lincoln Park is the gold standard with a coffee bar, extra space to hang out and an amazing beauty section. But for Mariano's, you would expect each location to be similar. This location has Stan's Donuts. I am not referring to the packaged Stan's Donuts that are a far cry from the fresh baked variety. There is an actual kiosk of freshly baked Stan's. Plus, only steps away is a Starbucks. A full on Starbucks not the fake mini store within a store. The store feels spacious with extra wide isles.Honestly, it is completely out of the way from me but I will make the trip for the comfort, selection and the extra super nice lady at the self checkout - she was the happiest, friendliest and most helpful grocery store worker. It can't be a fun job, but she seemed to love it.The only issue, I am on day 3 of keto- now back to day 1 after 3 mini lemon pistachio old fashioned donuts.”

“Been shopping here at the Schaumburg location for almost the last 20 years! Even though family and friends tell me I should shop at the Lake Zurich store (so as to avoid paying that ridiculously high Cook County sales tax), I'd rather just shop here since it's just 10 minutes from home and I won't have to get road rage dealing with god-awful bumper to bumper Rand Road traffic! Anyways, the Schaumburg store has practically everything I need: great, lower cost premium gas, great food/grocery items, drinks (e.g. juices, sparking water, wine, booze), pharmacy, optical department, electronics...you name it! If I could move my furniture in here---I WOULD!!! All the people from the various departments I've interacted with are all friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!! It's no wonder this store is packed to the rafters every time I shop here!”
