There’s been tools that saved my wallet, and my leg!!!Today was a pleasant experience meeting all three gentlemen working their shift. Great customer service, full of knowledge, and direction where to find exactly what we needed. They made an hour shopping trip into 15 minutes. Their store credit card also has great intro perks. “I spoke with Rachel via text about a Mercedes I was interested in. Tim Hayes reached out to me and gave me lots of information about the vehicle and the pricing. When I went in, I met with Tony Kiely and he was phenomenal! Such a genuine guy he was. He pulled up one for me to test drive that had similar features to the one I wanted. I purchased one off the showroom floor, that unfortunately had a dead battery. Tony went above and beyond to make sure it got charged before I left to head home. He also went and filled up the tank for me. I would highly recommend Tony and the rest of the Napleton Mercedes crew to anyone!
