Been going here for over a year and absolutely love the inventory and the helpfulness from the staff. I just bought a recent tool and it just went on sale 2 weeks after I purchased it and the manager Bob honored the discount and refunded me the difference!

I've gone to a few harbor freight store's and the two stores that I give a big thumbs up to is the store in Rockford IL and Clinton IA for great employees. Both places go too and beyond to help their customers. They are always polite and helpful.
