“Brought in battery from my motorcycle to have tested, thinking I needed a new one. Employee was very helpful, answering all questions. Old battery tested bad and I purchased new replacement one. Whole thing went smoothly and very efficient. I would recommend giving them a try!”

In the process my headlight was out and thought I needed a new one but only needed it reconnected and she did that to. “I'm learning to love this place. As someone who doesn't know much of anything about cars but is learning that there's things you can do yourself and not pay hundreds of dollars to replace (like lightbulbs), this place is turning into a place to go as I adult.
I can go look for stuff myself or I can go up to one of the friendly people at the counter and ask them to help me find the best items for what I'm looking to do. And they also - without me asking! - give me money back deals or percentage off coupons. I think it's so nice and convenient and helpful.

“I had a top tier marine battery go bad after only 1 year of service. The battery had a 4 year warranty and was replaced with a new one. The process took a few days because they had to verify that my battery had indeed failed. The only minor complaint I have is I sent an e-mail via their website and I never received an answer or a return phone call. Bottom line, they took care of me and replaced my battery and thus the 5 star review.”
