Terrible customer service advisors. They do not have knowledge of the cars . I’ve had to go thru 4-5 service advisors who all gave false quotes. I’ve paid $500 for service advice and didn’t receive it . I was quoted $600+ for a key . They then said they bought the wrong key it’d be $600+ more . After that carry the manager quoted me $900 . He has now said it’d be $1,014 . They quote you to get you car there . Very unprofessional. I spoke with Mercedes of sycamore once and they had the exact price I recommend them .
The fact the owner is lying about how many service advisors they have is crazy , so who is Connor , who is Noah , who is Hugo and who is carry ? You’re lying and that’s a shame to all your customers!!!!! Seems as the owner you don’t know what’s going on in your establishment, maybe you should talk to me yourself you see my email adress show some real customer service owner .

Just got an A3 service done on my 2019 c300 and my dash says that I need an A3 service. Resetting the indicator is a part of the service has me wondering if the service was even done? For what I paid I hope so.

Good luck! Service has seriously fallen off here. After multiple attempts to get a vehicle serviced and an “abnormal” wear on tires diagnosed we decided to find another Mercedes dealership as this shop is incompetent or doesn’t care—not sure. We also contacted Mercedes corporate who looked at the records and also agreed their behavior was odd and unprofessional. We will be working with other Mercedes dealerships going forward.

Update on the terrible service. We purchased a car there over a month ago now (Toyota rav). Gotten pulled over on the way home due to a bad headlight. Took it to the mechanic where they said "if they have done any kind of inspection on the car they would have found this issue"Talked to Noah and the sales manager and told us they would fix it. Two weeks go by they deny the parts required to fix it and did not communicate with us at all about that denial. Then, after spending about a week of leaving voice mails and "notes on their desk" I finally was able to reach out to the used sales manager and they removed the hold to repair the car. The problem is that part is on backorder and is going to take several weeks to get in.It's been over a month now since we purchased the car, still needing to wait multiple weeks for the car part to even come in, and still have major issues with talking to both noah and the management team who seems to be avoiding our calls about a potential rental, returning the vehicle, or communicating with other car lots about access to the part.In essence I wouldn't recommend purchasing a car from here as it has shown that they do not care about you, they just want to move the car out of the lot and will hope that whatever faulty vehicle they give you doesn't poop out until a few days after purchasing it so it'll be your problem. They refuse to communicate with us which is another huge issue. Promise to call us at certain times but will never do that. They do not even communicate with each other as the parts required for the repairs are being blocked then unblocked. The timeline of the repair is always being delayed.But if you are reading this and trying to make excuses for them. The take home message is this. We purchased a car over a month ago. Had a problem with it day one. They had posession of our car day 2, and the only communication we get back from them is after calling and leaving messages every day for the maybe chance to actually reach someone. Absolutely ridiculous so far.

I recently had a great experience working with Noah from MB. He helped me resolve a software issue and a cosmetic issue with my car, and was very prompt and professional with everything. I definitely recommend working with him if your MB needs a service.
