The home that I moved into gave them some issues due to some large pieces of furniture and they did whatever it took to place the items where i wanted them. “Today has been extremely stressful, but Tay at the Loves Park, IL location made my whole experience so much better! After getting an attitude and snapped at by an employee at a UHaul 4 hours away I decided to cancel my truck drop off and the storage unit i rented. I immediately called the local business and Tay set me up with the truck return and walked me through the app to rent a unit at the Forest Hills location. We spent about 30 minutes on the phone and he was super kind, respectful, knowledgeable, sympathetic to my situation and had me chuckling by the end of the call. He is an asset to the company and we've above and beyond to help me relax and the stress disappear. Huge shout out to Mike who took my first call and set up the truck dropoff, too!

This isn't my first experience with this location, I have rented trucks and had a hitch put on my truck, but it IS the BEST location. Kindness really goes a long way, especially during the stress of a move, so hiring the best for the job is imperative. U-Haul scored some really great employees at this location.
