“5 stars for the actual crew! They were all really great. They worked through the heat and even rain. They were careful with all of our stuff. Everything was wrapped and protected and the crew were cautions to avoid bumping into walls or door jams. Protected plastic was put down to protect flooring and carpets as well. The local office itself gets 4 stars because the crew was late and no one called us to let us know. When we called to check where the crew was at, the office rep was extremely rude.”

“Most of the companies like this are about the same cost. Give or take. Maybe one is more per month, but cheaper drop off/pickup, etc. Do the math for what you need, and look there. But for the money, this is the one I would use. I just had my box dropped back off after some work was done on the house. No water, no shifting (so they aren't NASCARing it around), nothing. It was uneventful - just the way I would want something like this. On top of that, everyone I've interacted with - phone, in person - has been incredibally friendly. None of the "I just want to get to the next thing" feeling you get from people at work. So: good service, good people, good to go. I'd use them again, and tell others to do so as well.”

“Today has been extremely stressful, but Tay at the Loves Park, IL location made my whole experience so much better! After getting an attitude and snapped at by an employee at a UHaul 4 hours away I decided to cancel my truck drop off and the storage unit i rented. I immediately called the local business and Tay set me up with the truck return and walked me through the app to rent a unit at the Forest Hills location. We spent about 30 minutes on the phone and he was super kind, respectful, knowledgeable, sympathetic to my situation and had me chuckling by the end of the call. He is an asset to the company and we've above and beyond to help me relax and the stress disappear. Huge shout out to Mike who took my first call and set up the truck dropoff, too!
This isn't my first experience with this location, I have rented trucks and had a hitch put on my truck, but it IS the BEST location. Kindness really goes a long way, especially during the stress of a move, so hiring the best for the job is imperative. U-Haul scored some really great employees at this location.

“Fantastic experience, went through multiple different chairs before coming to a conclusion, Tom even went the extra distance and wiped the furniture down before carrying it to my care (as I had a toddler holding my hand.) 10/10, I recommend this place to anybody else looking for a great product and even greater customer service”
