This is still small town customer service, where you are always greeted with a friendly smile and attitude. If I could give a 10 star rating, I would!”

“There are always friendly associates working here. Whatever concern you may have, they try to help you to the best of their ability. They put the customer first. Usually 3 to 4 associates there to help at a time. Some times the line does get long. I’ve never waited in line more than fifteen minutes, and that was at the peak of the busy hours. They’ve helped me find many packages and made sure to double and even triple check. I would choose this post office every time- which is why I have a PO Box here, lol.”
“I'm new to Rockford and this was the first time going to a post office in the area which is located in a lovely old civic building with an ADA compliant ramp for easy access for rollators/wheelchairs and Ms. Theresa provided me with absolutely WONDERFUL customer service!”

“For some reason our amazon packages are there but they tell us no, we checked our power box before that and after them saying it's not there we went right back to the po box and all the sudden there was a yellow slip that says it's there, I do feel sorry sometimes for the associates who do try to help with things and get backlash at times from customers, other than that...this post office is good so far”
