“We rented a unit from Boxed Up in Loves Park in August 2024 and had it for a couple months. When we rented the unit, the office staff were very friendly and knowledgeable about the property. We had a good experience with this location. We liked that it's climate controlled, clean, has several access doors in different areas of the building, multiple security cameras inside and outside and the ease of moving in and out. We had no problems and the other renters of units were friendly. The only suggestion I have is that more moving carts should be bought for the facility, especially for times when a few people are moving in and out at the same time. I only saw 2 carts - a newer silver one and a much older one - and my husband walked the entire facility looking for more on several occasions. I think customers would appreciate having a couple more to use, I know we could've used another one or two. Overall, it was a good experience and if we need a storage solution in the future we will use them again. Thank you!”
“Very, very nice and honest staff! King’s Acres has reasonable rates with automatic draft payments. I don’t even think about it. We have been renting a unit for a little over two years. It’s clean, dry, and has very easy 24 hour access. Plus, it’s in a safe and convenient location.”

“This was my first time driving this type of vehicle. Everything was so easy! It was just like driving our truck. The latch was easy to open & secure. We used it for transporting party supplies to and from the venue. It was a life saver being able to take everything in one trip. Pick up was easy & fast. I requested a 7am pick up & was pleasantly surprised they were open that early! Dropped off at about 1am to the easily accessible parking lot & just dropped the key in the box. I highly recommend this for anyone having a party! Only $62 which included the $15 insurance!”
