“I feel like Macy's has made improvements over the past several years, there was a time when it was a bit of a mess and akin to Kohl's with everything always on sale. It's looking and feeling better now. I did notice on a recent trip that the men's dress clothing section has dramatically decreased - the tie selection isn't what it used to be. On a second recent trip I needed an analog wrist watch that met some very specific requirements and was under $100 and the sales lady in the watch section really stepped up to help, even though it was a small purchase in comparison to most of the other watches there. Not only did she find me exactly what I needed, she provided me with options and double checked the product information online to make sure it met my needs.”

“Came here a couple days ago and it’s always good to find steals. Saw a bunch of cute dinnerware/mugs and more for sale.
The only downside is that one of my sisters needed help buying a big mirror and they kept telling us they’ll help us in a min and after a long while nobody came so we asked again. And nobody came again... I mean maybe they were busy, I don’t know.
But the cashier was a total sweetheart and apologized about the wait saying there was a communication issue(between the worker’s). So in the end it all worked out.
Also the lady in the jewelry section was also lovely, she let us try on multiple jewelry and we had nice small talk.”

It was a bit crowded. Had to wait in a line for almost 10 minutes. I would like to visit again when it’s less crowded.
It was nice to be able to buy good quality clothes and daily necessities at a low price. Rather than just selling cheap Chinese factory products, you can actually buy products that are sold on the market at a low price ?
It wasn't that many people, but it was still a bit crowded. Visiting hours are between 6 and 7 p.m. I intend to visit again.”

“I was looking for a mirror and found a few here, from small size to the one I got, 48 x 76 inches. I asked if someone could help me with it, and soon, two people did help me get it with their cart.
The person at the register was friendly and fast, I paid and also got a bit of help getting the mirror on my vehicle.
They had many registers open when the line got longer.
The store was clean, there is plenty of free parking right in front.
Overall I like the store and I'll come back.”

I had to go through the store for a refund and Darius I believe his name the store manager was very helpful and patient with me... He is awesome... His manager of the furniture department Mariah I believe is her name helped me as well. The store was fully stocked and clean. Whenever I'm ever in that area, I'll surly shop there.... I really appreciate you all helping me, I purchased the wrong size belt for my wife i came in to exchange it but that particular belt was no longer in stock. The store manager herself (i apologize if i get this wrong but i think the way you spell the name is Ajinkya?) came out from behind the counter to help me compare items that were similar in style and price. The store is also one of the most organized in the area! Very grateful for that as well because other cluttered stores make it overwhelming to shop with clutter. a note to others who complain about customer service just remember respect is earned not given, if you respect these people and give a positive interaction they will return the energy.”
