“The Perryville Batteries Plus store employees have always been very kind to me and very accommodating during my visits to the store for batteries and for phone repair.
I just recently had my phone screen repaired there, and had to come back couple times, not by any fault of the employees, but my phone simply kept having issues due to manufacturer defects. The employees were very friendly, quick to get me into the store for another repair, and very understanding about me needing to get my phone working again asap.

“I had a top tier marine battery go bad after only 1 year of service. The battery had a 4 year warranty and was replaced with a new one. The process took a few days because they had to verify that my battery had indeed failed. The only minor complaint I have is I sent an e-mail via their website and I never received an answer or a return phone call. Bottom line, they took care of me and replaced my battery and thus the 5 star review.”

“I was there on Friday, March 7, 2025, around 2:00 PM. Jim was working along with a lady, who’s name escapes me, but they were pretty crowded but took care of the needs of each customer as accurately and timely as possible.
Both were very nice and welcoming.”

“Our daughters Buick blew radiator fluid all over under the engine compartment. The tow trucks we called were going to be a 3 hour wait. My husband and our daughter's boyfriend started looking under the hood for the leak. Just underneath the engine beauty cover they found a split in the upper radiator hose. Auto Zone did not have any in stock, but O'Reilly's did. They didn't just match Auto Zones price, they beat it. The staff was helpful and fast. My husband and our daughters boyfriend replaced the hose, filled it with nearly 2 gallons of pre-mix GM antifreeze from O'Reilly's and let the air bubble off before capping the radiator. They fixed it on the side of the road and had it on the road again in just over an hour.”
