“This storage facility is very affordable and still has all the amenities of the more expensive ones with security cameras and 24-hour add a gate access plus the staff are always friendly and you just really can't beat the price it's the cheapest one I found around Madison County Illinois”

“The manager, Steven Jackson, was absolutely phenomenal. He was kind, genuine, and very helpful. I had the opportunity to interact with him on several occasions and even though the days were horribly hot, humid and uncomfortable, Mr. Jackson never let that affect his mood. He remained cheerful and positive which made the aggravating circumstances I was dealing with so much more tolerable. I hope all managers at U-Haul are modeled after Mr. Jackson. Thank you!”
