““Fantastic day!” would be close to describing our Prime Time Club day trip to Starved Rock State Park. First of all, we were blessed with a beautiful summer day in October. Marcela, the club’s coordinator put together a wonderful trip that started with a delicious lunch in the Starved Rock State Park Lodge. Later we experienced a boat and trolley ride taking us to places that I never would have seen on my own. I learned many new things from the guided tour operators as we traveled through the park and along the river. I saw for the first time the Bison that reside on the premises. An awesome day was had by all. Thank you Prime Time Club.”
“Even though Kim Morris is no longer there, she still took the time to help me and my husband with our new online banking app and our credit card app for automatic payments. We really appreciate her and wanted to brag about her and how great she is. It took over an hour because not only did she get us all set up, she made sure we understood how to use the app. Thank you Kim!!!”

“Went to the bank to pull out money for rent which seems like a high amount these days. I'm posting this review March 7th of 2025. In the drive-thru they want multiple forms of identification Even when you have your account and routing number on the withdrawal slip.
Anyhow I go inside from now on, and I ran into a gentleman named Ivan, and he was extremely helpful. He told me why they have to gather that extra information with people committing fraud unfortunately they have to take extra steps in security.”
