“People left their unwanted furniture in front of my storage area and I had to move it. The machine that you can buy locks from did not operate. Storage area that I rented was clean and I was able to lock it easily.”

“Great experience so far! Very easy to reserve a unit online and also the option to pay online within your account makes this ideal. I needed to purchase a lock at the vending machine but it was broken. Luckily there’s a Menards close by that sells them cheaper. The unit was clean though and the property is also clean. I’ve never seen the gate closed so I’m not sure how secure the property is with it always wide open to everyone. All in all it’s affordable, clean, and close. Exactly what I was looking for!”

“The only one, 1 star review this place has received can be misleading. So, I decided to write one myself. This is actually a fantastic facility run by very nice people you would expect to find in a small town yet close enough to where I live in Aurora to be the best possible option in storage facilities. It’s just an easy country drive west on galena, then 5 mins or so west on route 30 via the 56 on ramp. I’m pretty sure it’s the cheapest, or very close to it too. I compared and that’s what I found. I was just there and the facility had just moved their office from one side of the building to the other side that is close to the entrance, so maybe that’s what happened with the other review because I also initially had a slight problem finding him. I just made a simple phone call to the office and found the owner in the new office no problem. Again, he’s the nicest guy possible and the place for me is a much better option than was using any place in Aurora living on the far west side.”

“The rental space I saw actually had a roof leak. There was a bubble in The Ceiling and pics were taken of it. I didn't and wasn't actually renting it., but someone else I know was. So I don't n do not have pics. Other than that it's a good place. Oh and I Would recommend getn the Insurance on it.”

She was quick and friendly with and explained everything to her about my situation and she was very nice and helpful! Her service and everything could go smoothly without having problems.
