“Easy to set up the rental. I went in person because I wanted to check out the facility before renting. Climate controlled, clean, plenty of hand trucks to help with loading/unloading. Two large indoor bays to pull into and load/unload. The staff were always friendly and helpful. When we were done with the unit it was no problem to stop the rental. My only suggestion to improve would be to provide access to a dumpster—I would have paid extra for the access. Highly recommend. My first choice if I need storage in the future.”

“I love the fact that everything can be done online or through the app with no human interaction unless wanted. The gate is now Bluetooth and can be opened through the app. No more punching in the codes, unless you want to. They still send you a code too. Also love the fact that it's drive in, with climate control. Kinda stinks if you get 2nd floor cause then you have to use the lifts and stuff, but they make it as convenient as possible. Took me less than 10 min to complete the online signup, pay, and get my unit number and access code.”

She was quick and friendly with and explained everything to her about my situation and she was very nice and helpful! Her service and everything could go smoothly without having problems. “The only one, 1 star review this place has received can be misleading. So, I decided to write one myself. This is actually a fantastic facility run by very nice people you would expect to find in a small town yet close enough to where I live in Aurora to be the best possible option in storage facilities. It’s just an easy country drive west on galena, then 5 mins or so west on route 30 via the 56 on ramp. I’m pretty sure it’s the cheapest, or very close to it too. I compared and that’s what I found. I was just there and the facility had just moved their office from one side of the building to the other side that is close to the entrance, so maybe that’s what happened with the other review because I also initially had a slight problem finding him. I just made a simple phone call to the office and found the owner in the new office no problem. Again, he’s the nicest guy possible and the place for me is a much better option than was using any place in Aurora living on the far west side.”
“My significant other and I are moving and the fact that I was able to call and set everything up without having to go in saved me a lot of time! The unit is an outside unit, 10x15, spacious and clean (a few spiders, but what do you expect from an outside unit). Open 24hrs for convenient access. They honored a veterans 10% discount as well which brought down my monthly payment to a fair amount ?”

“Super nice and clean. Owner is very helpful and kind. Units are 14 feet high and they let me build a second floor, which seriously increased my storage space. Great place!”
