“Where do I even start. Amazing Customer service, super friendly and fun gentleman. I had a nail im my tire in my tread but close to my side wall. No one would repair it, I had to replace everywhere else. Once I got to his shop, in and out in less than 5 minutes with a $25 repair. New tire that was the same as the rest, $276. New tire the cheapest I could find $157. He saved me so much money and time. I highly recommend going to dj first, if he cant do it, no one can!”

“Stopped in for an oil change after calling ahead of time and them beating the take 5 oil change price. When I got there the guys were so upbeat made me feel good inside. After several attempts to get in touch with Mike Miller Hyundai with no luck, I contacted Hiller to see if they could help. Aiden, at the front desk, did not even hesitate. They were able to order the tire and put it on the next morning. The guys are great at Hiller and truly care about their customers!”
“Huge shout out to Steve and Jonas! We just had our Cadillac repaired at Steve’s. Very satisfied. Originally had taken car to dealer to get diagnosis and cost to repair. They had a mechanic ride with me and his response was “Don’t really know. You’ll have to make an appointment and we will start checking things at $174/hour.” Took it to Steve’s. Steve rode with me and identified the problem. Within less than an hour had diagnosis and cost to repair. Car runs great. Definitely will be back.”
“I previously had a bad experience with my car being improperly diagnosed. When I called 8A, they said they could take a look that same day. When I went in, they were honest, listened to me, and took the time to figure out the actual issue. They were also transparent about their pricing. While the diagnostic cost was a bit higher than what I had paid in the past, the way they treated me, and how quickly they were able to see my car, made it well worth it.
I’m happy to support a local business and reward people who are genuinely good at what they do. In the end, they were able to tell me exactly what was wrong with my car. Even though they do not perform that specific repair, they still took the time to talk through ways I could address the issue. I left feeling heard and taken care of.
You might pay a little more than you would at a chain auto shop, but it is WELL worth it. They do great work, and I would recommend them to anyone.”

Tyler there son is following in dad's footsteps and working at the shop as well. “This is my second review of Bernshausen, the team here is great, probably the best diagnostic team I have had the pleasure to do business with. Recently I had a hard to diagnose intermittent electrical issue with my F 350. Dropped the truck off, and by the end of the day they had the issue identified and repaired. A big shout out to Solomon and the guys (Ryan) for your top notch skills and efforts. Only place for service on the truck !!”

When it comes to cost, Mark charged me less than half of what every shop I called quoted me for installing my shocks on my 02 Vette and got it done fast. “This is the ONLY place you need to go to get your exhaust system, muffler, etc. fixed, Period! This guy (Frank owner) has been doing this work for over a half a century, he knows his stuff! He is polite, professional, and laidback-type guy that has a level of pristine conditioning, knowledge to what is needed for your specific situation.
He rebuilt a part for my car that is no longer available due to the age of my car and in doing so placed close to 5 more years on its use of my entire exhaust system, outstanding! Without that part car would have been done for. I recommend him to anyone, above all the rest and I'm happy to say so to pay forward to a fellow expert in the compassion for his field of trade & expertise!”
