“Let me just start this by saying I have a 2002 Chevy Venture she is old and has seen a lot of milage! I just got my car back for the second time in the span of a week, third time I have used these guys and I love them! We first came to big dog in a panic getting ready to go on vacation at the beginning of June with no AC not only was our quote reasonable they got it in and done two days before they were supposed to leave on their own vacation! Now this year we blew out the right rear wheel cylinder which destroyed the brand new brakes we recently put on and again they worked us in fast for the repairs and done at a reasonable price. Not even a few days later I come out of work to my car dead TEXTED (huge for me with my busy life) thinking my alternator was going bad again they squeezed me in figured out what was wrong and again I am back on me feet! They have two different options to help you pay for your repairs which honestly has saved us big time! Did I mention they will text! Easy and convenient overnight drop off, family owned and operated honest and straightforward! Honestly could not be happier and will be using them for future repairs!”

“We had our car towed here on a Sunday evening after losing power on the interstate. This happened about 1.5 hours from home, so we were unfamiliar with shops in the area. Our tow truck driver recommended this place so that is where we had it towed.
The next morning, I received a call from Mike saying that our engine had a spun a rod bearing. That basically meant we needed a new engine. He recommended I talk to the Hyundai dealership to see if it was still under the manufacturer powertrain warranty. Thankfully it was under warranty, so I had it towed to the dealership for the repairs.
Despite spending his time diagnosing the issue, Mike did not charge me anything. If I'm ever in the area and need another car issue diagnosed, I would definitely visit again. Thanks!”
“I appreciate their honesty! I had a screw in my tire and Farm and Fleet in Bradley, IL told me I had to buy 2 new tires costing over $600 instead of plugging it. Once I got back home and took it here. They were able to plug it with no issues. $23 and out the door in less than 30 minutes. So so grateful for their honesty!”

“In for a little warranty work. Techs are fast but efficient and accurate and the service desk is always a pleasure to work with.
Made an appointment and they got me in next morning for a check engine light.
Check engine light did not come back onin the am but took it in anyway.
Unfortunately, or fortunately, depending how you look at it, the tech could not duplicate the light and no code showed.
Once again everyone was courteous, fast and efficient.
Update: light came on again and I called asap. Beth said bring it in and they would check it out but made no promises as they were busy. They made some time and got the code and diagnosis in nothing flat. Thermostat was the culprit. Beth kept me informed, contacted the warranty people, then ordered the part.
This all happened inside two hours and the fix was done inside 4 hours. This was all without an appointment AND they gave me a ride home while they worked on it.
Fantastic service dept all around. People who complain about lousy customer service everywhere haven't been to Ray Dennison Cadillac/ GMC.”

“We bought a 2022 C8 Corvette and while driving in Wyoming, something fell off a truck and it gouged the window. Stephens replaced the correct window with a GM part. A gentlemen spent much of the day to remove body parts from the Corvette to remove the window, and replace a new one. I don't know why, it also had to calibrate something it. Everything was perfect. For any car like that, you'd want to go to Stephens.”
“I love the valet service at this dealership. They can pick you or your vehicle up or drop off. However, there is a long wait period to actually schedule a service on your vehicle. I called early on a Wed morning but they could not schedule me in until the following Monday. Seems a little excessive.
Follow up service on August. Battery was totally dead. Dealership was able to get me in the same day which is a total win from the previous May issue above. Battery had a cell which would not hold the charge. Still under warranty and the Dealership replaced free of charge and then delivered vehicle back to my house which is ? percent why I do love this dealership!”

“I went to have an alignment done on my 2001 Peterbilt, but they weren't able to do it. The previous attempt by another shop didn't replace my shims when taken apart. Best One didn't have the shims in stock. Klaus referred me to someone who could possibly get me in the same day and they were able to get me in. Many shops won't refer you to someone else, they just tell you to hang around a day and wait on parts. In trucking that is not always an option. Thank you very much for your help.”

“Omgosh,where to begin with this Business an understatement! Dan,Bear and Danielle have been absolutely without a doubt AMAZING!! My Husband and I took our 2014 Chevy Camero in for a routine oil change along with new wiper blades and new air filter at Take 5 in Pekin,IL. Little did we know that when we left Take 5 that our car would end up in the shop for more engine work. $505.00 Dollars later Dano's discovered that when we got our Oil Change @Take 5 they twisted our wiring in when they put on the new oil filter! Iam beyond livid but,also Blessed because, it could have been much worse. Iam going to hold Take 5 completely accountable for their actions! And,Thank you again Dan,Bear and Danielle for all of your hard and endless work while trying to find out what was wrong with Our Car!!!💛I highly recommend this Business for all of your car needs! “Brought a Zetec head there to get shaved to bump up compression. Automotive Machine had my head ready to go very quickly, and even showed me an area of the head that would need some contouring to maintain oil flow to the cams. I've never had a machine shop identify an issue like that before.”
