“Where do I even start. Amazing Customer service, super friendly and fun gentleman. I had a nail im my tire in my tread but close to my side wall. No one would repair it, I had to replace everywhere else. Once I got to his shop, in and out in less than 5 minutes with a $25 repair. New tire that was the same as the rest, $276. New tire the cheapest I could find $157. He saved me so much money and time. I highly recommend going to dj first, if he cant do it, no one can!”
“Stopped in for an oil change after calling ahead of time and them beating the take 5 oil change price. When I got there the guys were so upbeat made me feel good inside. Also the have coupons at krogers on the back of the receipt for 10,20,&30% off! Definitely will be coming here from now on highly recommended by me!! Also they top off your other fluids!!! Definitely give them your business!!!”

I’ve had multiple issues resolved here and they are very transparent with your options. For example, my hood latch issue causing alarms could’ve been my connector or the entire latch system. They fixed my cable without needing any parts, only labor. Very helpful and honest business, highly recommend!”

“I brought my car in because I noticed a chugging noise coming from the front right wheel well. I took it in and within a day they got it diagnosed and started working on it. Replaced all four tires, pads and rotors. Everything was perfect until I noticed a shaking on the drive home. I brought it back and they got it re-balanced immediately. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Prices are very reasonable and they don’t gouge for parts/labor. I’d recommend them to anyone for any issue!”

“Let me just start this by saying I have a 2002 Chevy Venture she is old and has seen a lot of milage! I just got my car back for the second time in the span of a week, third time I have used these guys and I love them! We first came to big dog in a panic getting ready to go on vacation at the beginning of June with no AC not only was our quote reasonable they got it in and done two days before they were supposed to leave on their own vacation! Now this year we blew out the right rear wheel cylinder which destroyed the brand new brakes we recently put on and again they worked us in fast for the repairs and done at a reasonable price. Not even a few days later I come out of work to my car dead TEXTED (huge for me with my busy life) thinking my alternator was going bad again they squeezed me in figured out what was wrong and again I am back on me feet! They have two different options to help you pay for your repairs which honestly has saved us big time! Did I mention they will text! Easy and convenient overnight drop off, family owned and operated honest and straightforward! Honestly could not be happier and will be using them for future repairs!”
“The crew at Pekin Alignment & Autobody are the best!!! The owners Joseph and Jennifer are the most down to earth and hard working people. Tyler there son is following in dad's footsteps and working at the shop as well. I trust them with everything I own including my 1968 Chevelle SS/396 pictured out front of the shop, my 1971 VW Westfalia bus, pro street custom chopper, 82 Corvette, and all my daily drivers. Joseph and his crew are top notch!! Also if your car is wandering, pulling left or right, wearing the inside or outside of your tread unevenly Ashton is the man behind the wrenchs and Alignment machines and he will get you steering straight down the roadways in no time at all!!!! “This is my second review of Bernshausen, the team here is great, probably the best diagnostic team I have had the pleasure to do business with. Recently I had a hard to diagnose intermittent electrical issue with my F 350. Dropped the truck off, and by the end of the day they had the issue identified and repaired. A big shout out to Solomon and the guys (Ryan) for your top notch skills and efforts. Only place for service on the truck !!”
