223 East Grant Highway, Marengo IL 60152
“Today I called the local # for the Marengo PO & spoke with Ann(I think). Very helpful, very nice & totally assertive. There has never been a bad call into this particular PO but she really made me feel like she would do what was within her power at that moment to help me with whatever I needed regarding my package that was in transit. That's how I was taught to ensure good customer service and she was everything that I would expect from a USPS CSR!!! For the first time in a long time I can say I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS!!! And thank you for the great service Marengo PO!”
