Never had a problem here. Usually only one person behind the desk, which can make wait times a little long.

Used to be great. For the past few months it takes at least 24 hours to scan packages dropped off. Not sure if they are under staffed or what, but I won't be dropping off packages here anymore. The McHenry and Crystal Lake ones are much faster.
