“I have been with FCB for 20 years and still use the account I made when I was 16. No problems for me. The notary at the Troy location was speedy. We have used them for home loans. I have had two situations where my debit card was use fraudulently and that was investigated and taken care.”
“I've always enjoyed my experiences at this branch and the staff who works here. Of course I always go inside because I'm not a lazy ass so I haven't experienced a robot voice. Plus I feel they should be safe during an ice storm and close the bank for the day, but i have a daughter and wouldn't want her to go to work. Big bunch of cry babies giving crap reviews to lower their ratings.....close your account and move across the street”
