“I was a little worried taking my SUV to have repairs done to the front end because I had never been there before. I walked in the front door and a very nice lady greeted me and listened to me with a big smile and got me the person who would take the next steps. They did the repairs very quickly, faster than I thought. When I went to pick up my SUV I could not find my truck because it looked brand new from inside and outside. They did an amazing job and the customer service was amazing also. I am going to tell everyone I know to go there for all their repair needs!”

After an already hectic day and I know it was frustrating for them, it was very generous even offering to go get cash to pay.”

“Excellent service! Our check engine light came on as we were driving from Florida to Illinois. We called Advanced Auto and the gentleman said to stop on by and he could diagnose our issue with a machine. We got there 10 minutes later and he came out immediately. Luckily we just overflowed our gasoline on the last fill up and that likely set it off. Now we are back on the road with literally no delay! We are book marking this store for future reference. “Called and scheduled an appointment to get the rear bumper of my car fixed. The service I received was beyond amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about the team. 2 days before my appointment I had hit a raccoon and now needed the front bumper repaired in addition to the rear. I called and they were able to get both areas of my car fixed at the appointment I had previously scheduled. Overall I absolutely loved the service I received and in the event I need more work on my car they will be my first call!”

“I'm giving 5 starts all the way! They have brand new management now. This young man's name is Russian, and he has a helper, Eric. I had a bad battery, I was on a quick break from my office job at Aisin Electronics, and the manager himself went and pulled a battery, changed it himself, and had me in & out in 5 minutes! Russian is rebuilding this Tire Center to be a much much better place! Just look at all the negative reviews before mine, before Russian came along! This young man needs a major raise!! ??”
