“I took my SUV Chevy traverse 2020 because when driving it up above 50 miles an hour the car was shining. They looked at it and said that all of my tires were bad that the wire was coming through them and that my back end of my car needed to be fixed. But I did not have the money to do that at this moment so they put new tires on it and trying to balance the tires the best they could be in the fact that the rear end needs work first. But they didn’t even charge me for the balancing that they did do Because it wasn’t complete because it needs the backend work done. They went out of their way to help me immediately with great service and communication and was very tentative about getting my vehicle finished for me. I will not take my car anywhere else to get it fixed.”

This needs management attention. I took my 2007 town car to the shop to fix its lumbar support. The front desk lady Tyler said it will cost $149 just to get a diagnose and she also suggested there should be parts available to fix the issue after the diagnose. So I went ahead chose the diagnose. But after the diagnose, she said they can’t find parts for it. I suggested to get a used part or any other solutions(there are a lot of used parts for town car on the market); She just refuse all other suggestions. I felt like I got lied into the diagnose since she suggested more than once there should be parts available for it. Also, she didn’t care to give me a discount to make it right, because part of this is her fault. I will keep telling people about this if you guys don’t make it right”

Communication from the office on his ETA and the process/cost was amazing and definitely calmed my nerves since we did not have this on our bingo card for the family vacation. “Called and scheduled an appointment to get the rear bumper of my car fixed. The service I received was beyond amazing and I have nothing but good things to say about the team. 2 days before my appointment I had hit a raccoon and now needed the front bumper repaired in addition to the rear. I called and they were able to get both areas of my car fixed at the appointment I had previously scheduled. Overall I absolutely loved the service I received and in the event I need more work on my car they will be my first call!”
